Lt. Adam Taifouri was born in Tanalt, Morocco and grew up in Casablanca. He finished his High School in Casablanca in 1986. He then attended University Hassan II for two years studying Economical Sciences. in early 90s he immigrated to USA and lived in Jackson Heights, Queens, New York. He attended The Technical Career Institutes, New York University and got his AOS degree in Electronic Technology in 1998. In 1999 he was hired By Lucent Technologies, Bell Labs as Telecommunication Installer at the Bell Atlantic Building in Brooklyn, NY. in 2001 Adam Taifouri decided  to change career and took the test with Prince George's County Sheriff's Office and passed with excellence. He then moved to Maryland and attended the Police Academy for 8 months. Since his graduation, he has moved up the echelon of the agency and he is presently the Commander for Warrants/Fugitive Division, Field Operations with the Prince George's County Office of the Sheriff. Lt. Taifouri has been working with the Sheriff' Office for 15 years. He had received many awards from the Community and from the department as well.  

Lt. Adam Taifouri has also worked as the Commander of Witness Protection Team with the Sheriff's Office after he received the training from the US. Department of State (DSS)(Dignitary Protection Training). He did work on the security detail of two President Obama's Inaugurations in Washington DC along with US. Secret Service and MPD.  Lt. Adam Taifouri lives in Maryland with his Wife Naima and his 2 children.
