Mohammed Fdal  [ November, 2008 ]
Mohammed Fdal For most of his life, Mohammed Fdal has been seeking new challenges. In 1986, he joined Group ONA in Morocco. He held the TQM Division Head position within the Corporation. The position was the first in its kind, and as an independent advisor he offered consulting services in quality management for large and medium size organizations.

Mohammed Fdal holds a master in engineering from College of Mines in France. In 1996 he published a book: "Morocco: Quality and Future Challenges" that inspired many companies in Morocco to launch a Total Quality Management Program and ISO Certification.

In 1999 he moved to Boston in the U.S., where he earned an MBA degree from Suffolk University, and after only few years, he was been able to held an executive position at Potomac Electric, a General Electric Engineering Services Provider. In 2003 he was among the first 200 engineers in the U.S. to be certified "Six Sigma Black Belt" by the America Society of Quality.

In 2004, he founded Omar Financial Services, now a leading provider of tax, financial, accounting and real estate services in the New England area. Since he opened the business, he has helped hundreds to thousands of Moroccans living in the U.S achieve their "America Dream": start a business, buy a house or get a degree or a certificate.  These are just a few of the many things he has helped his fellow countrymen achieve.

Mohammed Fdal is an Entrepreneur, but he also volunteers in several local associations. He is a tireless advocate of diversity and after only few years in the U.S., he was able to build a strong Moroccan community network, and build bridges with other communities.
