He holds a BS in Computer Science and is planning to pursue an MBA in Finance in the near future. Currently, Karim is a Senior Software Engineer at Credit Suisse First Boston in Raleigh. He relocated from New York in July 2005 to devote more time to his graduate studies. Prior to that, Karim worked for Bloomberg where he developed Fixed Income Credit Derivatives applications and analysis tools. His Mathematics background pushed him to switch focus to the challenging Financial side of his work. In his free time, Karim enjoys playing soccer, mastering chess, exploring performance cars and biking.
