Mr Rachid Tajiouti Is a Chef and restaurant owner. He owned 'Le bistro' in Revere, Boston, 'Caprichiol' , 'Carbonara' and 'Pastability' in Montreal. Mr Rachid Came to New York in 1987 from Casablanca (Morocco) where he pursued his education. He got his TOEFL in 1988, then he completed SERVE SAFE PROGRAM at The National education Restaurant association in Boston 1995. He also graduated as a travel agent from Travel Education Centre in Cambridge (Mass), but his love of the culinary world brought him where he is today as a renowned Restaurateur.

Rachid worked side by side with TV star chef Geoffrey Zackarian in the opening of Royalton Hotel in NYC (1992).
