Mohammed "Hicham" Souisse was born and raised in Safi, Morocco. As a child, he played soccer in the streets of Safi which fueled his passion for the sport. By the age of 7 he was a thet academy, honing his skills for the next 8 years. At the age of 15, Olympic of Safi signed a contract with Hicham and he played for the next seven years. During that time, he was called up several times to the U18 National team of Morocco. In 1999, he signed a contract with Raja Casablanca which he played for 6 months until family circumstances forced him to return to Safi. He continued playing with OCS until 2005 when a knee injury forced him to retire from professional play.
In 2007, Hicham moved to the USA and started coaching soccer with clubs and schools throughout New England. Meanwhile, Hicham successfully achieved his coaching licenses and has become one of the youngest and most valued coaches in the USA. He holds an A license from the USA and Pro license from Brazil. To this day, he receives proposals from teams in Morocco, Ghana, Benin and Saudi Arabia to join their coaching staff.
