Iam a person with muscular dystrophy which is a debilitating disease that gets progressively worse over time and does not have a cure so far.
My father has died and he was the sole source of income for the family. plus, have two sisters in the same situation.and a sick, eldery mother that cares for us.

Please, if theres someone who could help us out even with so little, we will be so grateful forever.
