Asma (Samy) is
the Owner and Executive Pastry Chef of “Moroccan Biscotti”
(http://www.moroccanbiscotti.com), an online gourmet treat business. Since
2004, her gourmet biscotti have been a favorite gift for local corporate
clients and have enjoyed a loyal following amongst “treat-lovers” in South Florida and around the country. Truly unique—and
anything but traditional—the fresh spices and ingredients in her biscotti are
inspired by the flavors and textures of her native Morocco, and are a little
smaller and sweeter than Italian varieties.

This February, Moroccan Biscotti will participate in the South Beach Wine &
Food Festival—one of the largest food festivals of its kind in the world.
culinary resume includes an exclusive night of Moroccan cuisine event at
Williams-Sonoma in Miami where she demonstrated and prepared a
variety of Moroccan dishes for a gathering of food enthusiasts.
Asma was born
and raised in Casablanca, where her family still resides. She
earned a bachelor degree in Hospitality Management in 1992 from FloridaInternationalUniversity, and worked for many year’s in the local
restaurant and catering business. In addition, Asma is a practicing realtor
