Headset not compatible with plug on Royal Air Maroc Aircraft

We received this video from one of our members at Wafin.com. The video speaks for itself. We do receive plenty of e-mails complaining about Royal Air Maroc service, but this one is a little unique in that the person actually took a video of the problem. So maybe this should be the start of a new channel on Wafin.com. Send us your videos showing issues with R.A.M, so maybe they will listen to us some day.
sbenni1 : This guy just made a fool of himself. Poor guy, he spent 8 hours with no access to radio or TV. That headset he was showing is used all over the globe by many airlines on all continents. What HE FAILED TO DO was push one of those pins inward and he could then insert it. I have seen so many people on airplanes trying to figure it out. Some do and some don't. All this guy had to do was ask a flight attendant. But his chose not to and to make things worse, he decided to make his video public. People are so blinded by la RAM's incompetencies that they make the company guilty even when there is no reason to be. Apparently the two sitting next to him were as clueless as he was.
Wafin - please bring down this video. If the guy didn't know how to use a headset, there is no reason to put his failure on la RAM.

nadiacal : the guy is talking very bad english and trying to talk in front of those people how aren't moroccan, just trying to show a little bit himself and putting down the royal air maroc company which i'm not defending at alll,
