Personals Return to Morocco with kids a good/bad ?

Assalam Alikoum,

I have two friends, one has two daughters under 5 years old, the other has two sons under 4 years old, they are thinking to return to Morocco for good.

I went to Morocco this summer for vacation, I could not stand lot of people everywhere(driving, servises, t9awlib, al3a9liya,...).

Please if you have an experience of returning to Morocco for good, or if you know someone let us know.
