Other certificate of residency for my husband

salam to everybody.
i m trying to get a residency certificate for my husband (he is muslim americain) to send it to morocco .
i use to work and when i moved here with my husband ,i still have right to go back to morocco to work inc case we have to stay in morocco.where can i get this certificate? i know id card is a prouf of reidence but moroccan human resources want ""chahadat asoukna"like the one we have there.
