Other Moving to Oregon,Portland

Hi

My name is : Rachid

I am thinking about moving to Portland in the spring.Is there any body who can tell me a little about it,and about how hard it is to get a jobs with this ecomnomy over there.Also about good area with no crime or problems to move too close to every thing and to the city witout paying a lot of money please.
I would like to meet some morocans and play soccer.
